This 2 day course will introduce you to the fundamentals of X-Country skiing and the Canadian technique. You will improve your demonstration skills and learn how to introduce new people to the sport.

This course will require 4 people minimum in order to run. Registration for this course will close on April 1st. The Nordic trails will be groomed for this course.
