This 16 hour course will introduce you to the fundamentals of X-Country skiing and the Canadian technique. You will improve your demostration skills and learn how to introduce new people to the sport.

The course wll consist of two evenings 6:00 - 10:00 on April 8 and 9 plus a full day 8:30 - 4:30 on April 10.
