In accordance with Article V.1 of the CANSI By-laws, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors (CANSI) shall be held on December 6, 2008 in Whistler, British Columbia.

Register for the AGM

The CANSI AGM will be held at Le Chamois Hotel in the boardroom at 4557 Blackcomb Way, Whistler BC starting promptly at 7 pm on Saturday Dec. 6. This hotel is located beside Glacier Lodge, where a number of the CANSI people will be staying. Henry Madsen will be chairing the meeting. We have capacity for 32 people in this room.

CANSI Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Whistler, BC on Saturday December 6, 2008 at 7:00 PM (PST)

Dear CANSI members; this email/letter is to inform you of the upcoming AGM. The AGM will be held at Whistler, BC at 7:00 PM (PST) on Saturday, December 6, 2008.

Current members are invited to present agenda items and motions to The agenda is available in the Members Area (CANSI National AGM 2007-2008) of our web site at CANSI Members Area and will be updated as necessary. Motions will also be posted there as they become available. Members who are unable to attend the AGM may choose to proxy their votes. Proxy forms are available in the Members Area as well and can be accessed by current members. Please note that proxies must be received by the secretary at no later than December 1, 2008. Proxy forms may also be mailed to the National Office (see CANSI National Office).

Would it be possible to host the AGM the following weekend? The NorAm race at Callaghan Valley will be on the 2nd weekend of December. Will have more of the ski community there. Possible opportunity to market CANSI to the more active skiers.
